build(coverage): 调整coverage配置，新增cli目录到忽略白名单并提高达标阈值至95%

修改了pyproject.toml中的coverage配置：将src/pyflowx/cli/*加入omit排除列表，同时将测试覆盖率达标阈值从80提升至95
